This is Wedded Bliss. Although I have never been married and most likely will not be any time soon, I feel I can write expertly on the subject. Even if I can't, I can pretend. Anyway, this is the latest in a fairly long line of my attempts at web comics. Some previous attempts include such titles as Rival Gods, Cloud 9, FUR, 411, and sf:7. Not all of those have actually been published on the web. In fact, only one of them has. But that's okay, I hold no grudges against myself.

     But on to Wedded Bliss. I really like the idea for this comic. Basically, it's about a newly married couple and their new roommate, the wife's sister. All my previous attempts at web comics have been sci-fi kinds of things, and I wasn't really satisfied with them. I eventually learned that this was because I enjoyed writing about real life and regular people. So, I did.

     I came up with the idea for Wedded Bliss totally by accident. I was just doodling one day and drew the head of a guy (Carson) and a woman (Jamie). At that point, I was trying to think of a good idea for a 'real life' web comic. I was toying with the notion of doing something like the TV show, Friends. Y'know, just a bunch of buddies living out their lives in some city like Boise, Idaho or something. All that changed when I sketched these two characters. It opened up a floodgate in my mind and I decided to have them be a newly married couple, and to have the wife's sister move into their apartment with them. It was just too good to be true. I loved the idea. So, I went with it.

     And that's what you have before you now.
